The skin is generically defined as leather,<\/em> after the removal of hair from the skin surface. The skin is then separated longitudinally into two layers. The external part or grain skin and the reticular part, which is called crust. The difference between the flower and the crust exists essentially in the intertwining of the fibers, which in the flower are very elastic while in the crust the density is less than a millimeter and is very inelastic.
